Programs: In 2017, the housing trust began construction of 26 new affordable homes on redmond street. In order to break ground on this project, staff and board raised the remaining equity required for construction and closed on a $5.4m construction loan. An aia contract was executed with shaw construction and the majority of staff time was dedicated to construction management.

2017 marked the 25th anniversary of affordable housing in teton county, wyoming. The housing trust leveraged this milestone with a series of events during housing week to shore up understanding of and support for this important issue. The housing week campaign included a major donor luncheon, a community-wide picnic, a guest speaker and a 12 week ad campaign designed to shine a light on affordable homeowners who have positively impacted our community while including a clarion call to action for current and potential donors and community stakeholders at large.
