This knight rider car is a beautiful piece of art! Everything about it is just about perfect! There is only one tiny complaint I have is that the license plate in the back is not blue with yellow writing. Other than that it is perfect and you should get this if you're a knight rider fan.

You have to be careful opening the hood, trunk, and doors as display because once you do that it will be like opening a freshly sealed magazine or comic book. Never to look tightly sealed again. I also noticed that the only way to get KITT's front scanner to activate you have to open or close the driver's side door which is a problem for the person who would like to put KITT and KARR on display with option of front scanner activation elsewhere without having to opening the driver's side doors. Minor gripe but still annoying depending on positioning of the vehicles

So my kid is for some reason into these 80's cars from watching YouTube. He has the Delorean from Back to the Future and now has the Knight Rider cars.KITT comes as pictured. He has a noticeable red scanner light in the front as in the tv show, which activates by opening the driver door. His hood, doors, and trunk open. The detail work is great. He does everything but talk and make sounds. Very durable as it is made of metal. Could be a display or just play piece.
