Cool factor for sure. Has functioning lights in the grill just like the actual Kitt car. Got it just in time to go have William Daniels sign it at a convention.Great collector piece to add to the collection.

This thing looks fantastic. It's a dead on replica of KITT. The only thing that's wrong is the license plate isn't correct. It's a white sticker that says knight rider. The TV show car had a blue plate that said KNIGHT. seriously the thing is so good that's all I could find wrong. The scanner looks cool and opening the door to turn it down sounds odd but it works very well. That way you don't have a stupid button on the car that doesn't belong there. Genius. Want a KITT for your desk, this one looks very nice. I put a coat of cat wax on mine and it really shines now. I took some pictures and the tv was on, the tail lights look on, they do NOT light up, nothing but the scanner is lighted.

This is a really nice KITT replica. It is a decent size. The doors, hood, and trunk all open. Contrary to some of the negative reviews, the scanner lights do work, whether the driver door is open or shut. It is the motion of the door that activates the lights, hence, if door is open and you close it, the lights come on and vice versa. The only thing I might have wished for would be the sound of the scanner, but this is not a deal breaker, as when driving there generally was no scanner sound; only when actively scanning something.

Where to start, I loved everything about it. It got to me without a single blemish on the packaging and my KITT was more than awesome!! Thank you all who make things like this possible to a simple man that remembers his kid days waiting all day just for an episode a week was intense!! Also too well worth the wait. Great job on getting everything done perfect!

I just opened up this K.I.T.T. model. I am VERY impressed with the quality of the car. It's great that the scanner lights up, but it only stays on for about 10 seconds. I wish there was a switch to keep it on for longer. That being said, I am really happy with this purchase! I really like 1/24 scale. The 1/32 scale model of K.I.T.T. looks very toy like if that makes any sense. Take a look at the 1/32 and then compare it to this 1/24 version. The larger scale versions of K.I.T.T. are very expensive. This is a great alternative. Overall I am 100 satisfied and I highly recommend this K.I.T.T. replica.
