Update, I could not find a lid that looked rugged or rust proof enough, so I cleaned the whole lid and gave it a try again. Succes! No one admits to breaking it, but it did go back together with enough force and no soup making it slippery.Loved the plastic design, but a year later and the straw portion has separated from the lid, with the spring that appears slightly rusted.

This is a quality product. Dish soap is thick and I use it for that.

I had some trouble getting them in the mason jar ring lid. But the biggest fail is they don't pump out much soap or lotion, I have to give it several pumps to equal the standard hand soap pump.

I thought about getting other soap dispensers but kept seeing reviews about rust on the pumps. This is cheap and affordable and I got to resue my mason jars I already had on hand at home.

It can be difficult to pop these into a mason jar ring. We also discovered that they don't work for the plastic mason jars, like the ones they sell at craft stores. It has to be a glass jar. The finish on them is a little rough, so they can be hard to keep clean. Next time I will probably buy them in black. Even though they are a little problematic, we still use them and like them.

I bought this because I'm tired of buying a whole soap dispenser when one breaks it, as in my case, I installed a little utility sink. I can use my rarely used point Mason jars and this is perfectUpdate: this broke 2 days later. Not sure why, but it snapped at the pump while I was using it. And no, I'm not that strong. I thought these products would be wonderful for using some of my mason jars, but even tho I got them on the cheap, they're worth even less. I'm very dissatisfied with this company right now

Good choice in the purchase only thing that makes me very sad I went to order this item again and the price has more than doubled in price very disappointing.

I was looking for a food safe pump for syrups, but so many are metal and rust with wear. These wear great, are dishwasher safe, and perfect. Takes a bit of a push to pop in initially (use your thumbs!) so any review saying that it's crooked just didn't push hard enough. Love these. Bought six to make syrups for people.
