Fitting with the sequence brand, this game is of great quality and educational fun. It is exciting but also teaches. A good tool for all ages and something everyone can learn from. Only issue is that the color in the card matches the letter answer so if your child figures this out, they can find the answer without using the alphabet. Overall though still a lot of fun.

Fun for the entire family. We have a 5 year old and this game is great! He has a blast and at the same time the game reinforces letter identification while associating letters with their appropriate words!

We are a family of four and would like to play board games as such. This game states on the box that it plays 2-4 players. It only gives you three sets of chips. The x and z cards are too confusing for children; letting them place them on any object. Phonetically speaking it is infuriating when it comes to the letter O; extremely poor choice.

We have 4 boys, ages 4-9, and this was fun for the whole family. The color coded cards were very helpful for our youngest, but we all had a blast with it. Great came for learning and reinforcing letters and letter sounds.

The concept of this game is great; HOWEVER, it is confusing to a 4 year old for a couple reasons....one, he can't fully read, secondly the color is OFF! For example, look at the game picture, the K is purple, so the child is looking on the game board for a purple square thinking that one of those is going to start with K...No, that shade of purple is actually blue on the board (notice the king)...VERY confusing to a child who is learning to read. My son likes to play this game, but my husband and I are rather annoyed at how confused it makes him. He is so great with his Letters and their sounds, we feel this is just confusing him. For an older child who already knows what everything starts with I would say this is great, I can not recommend this game to a preschooler who is still sounding out things and relying on matching to help them...so misleading. I DO however recommend Sequence for Kids for pre-k age (even my 2 yr old can play that one!)
