We use this in conjunction with color coordinated cones - they need to catch the color and then run to the same cone and make a shot or throw

Got this for my 10 year old, but all of my kids love playing with it (including my teenage girls)! Super simple concept but offers hours of fun.

My nephew has not yet used this but I have tried it out and can see it being used for athletes young and old (elementary-high school). It's perfect for hand eye coordination.

I have one in softball and one in baseball. Both children needed to work on their hand-eye coordination. One is a catcher and the other is a first baseman. We used this daily for about 2 months. Trust the process! We've seen great improvement during their games! The kids like to compete against each other.

This is a great tool that keeps the kids busy while coach is getting things set up for the next drill. We get the kids in a circle and have them toss it up in the air then call out a color. It keeps the entertained while helping work on that hand-eye coordination. Price is a little steep for what it is, but that's just life these days.

Got this as stocking stuffer for my 12 year old son. We use it specifically for baseball training, but it's a fun tool to use in general for hand eye coordination. Highly recommend. Start by spinning it slowly and calling out the color of the handle that you want them to catch. Progress to slightly faster spins to increase the difficulty level. We have a lot of fun using it and throw it back and forth in the living room while hanging out.
