This product was revoked to me by a dentist about 10 years ago. My teeth fairly quickly lost their sensitivity to hot or cold water when I brushed them. I've been free from discomfort all this time up until the present time.

Sensodyne is EXPENSIVE, but I have yet to find another brand that works as well as it does. I'm getting to that stage where I'm willing to spend my veryhardearned money on things that work and make my life a bit better.When I use sensodyne, I can handle teeth whitening strips (which I'd normally have to yank off in excruciating pain after just a few min while using other toothpaste), and I can handle very hot and cold drinks without a second thought. That's worth it to me!Can't speak for the whitening capability (and I've yet to find any toothpaste that actually succeeds at that), but it definitely works well in the desensitizing aspect.

My husband and I have been using Sensodyne for years now. For the price it is a great toothpaste that keeps gums healthy and strengthens teeth against cold/hot sensitivity. Just keep in mind that the Sensodyne with potassium nitrate is what makes this toothpaste better than an average toothpaste. If you do buy the type of Sensodyne with only fluoride you can save yourself money by purchasing any toothpaste that has fluoride as it's main ingredient. So Sensodyne no matter the name or what it says it does for marketing purposes its beneficial when it has potassium nitrate and fluoride as the main ingredients. I will definitely continue using this toothpaste for years to come. Recommend

This works great on my feet and teeth! I was able to use them to have the cleanest carpet grippers around! my teeth were were also perly white and not as sensitive.
