Worth it. Has all the mostly main daily vitamins and daily value of those vitamins in 1, once a day tablet. Worth it.

This gives me energy. Having a heart issue i can't take those with ginseng. I love this product as it boosts my immune system and keeps me energetic. Once mine is almost done I plan on reordering. The price can't be beat.

So I saw a lot of reviews saying these vitamins make them “feel nauseous” and from personal experience, IT DOES MAKE YOU NAUSEOUS BUT. Only if you take it without eating breakfast before. If you take it on a empty stomach, you will experience the worse nauseous feeling of all time (I didn't throw up, but was really close to throwing up all over my couch). Therefore, this vitamin is perfect and worth the money, and there's nothing to be worried about if you eat a nice meal before taking it! Hope this helps!
