Many of the chemicals on the ingredient list are poorly absorbed by humans and there are much better forms available. For example the forms of zinc and magnesium in this are basically just getting excreted. Once ingested, cyanocobalamine (B12) is converted back into the original adenosylcobalamine and methylcobalamine, releasing the cyanide in the process. Also not suggesting to take cyanocobalamine with a vitamin c supplement. I would avoid this and look for something that is high quality. You all deserve it!
