As a man, I was always a little skeptical about taking vitamins. I mean, I'm a man. I can handle anything, right? Well, turns out I was wrong. after getting a IV I was told I must be low on Iodine that my body ate it up fast. The very lil he gave me to clean me he said would give me energy that evening it was def true . This is a great buy

I switch from the gummy's to these in these feel like they're a bit more effective. They are a little hard to swallow because they are quite a bit bulkier.. if I do end up doing it taste like medicine and I guess that means that they're working

I bought these for my husband and they are a very good bang for your buck. Pills are on the larger side so may be more difficult to swallow. Serving size is one pill so in theory lasts at least 200 days. (picture shows AA battery for scale)
