ive used this product for over a year based completely on what it gives you in a serving. I do not like taking vitamins with 300 dosing on most of its nutrients like a gnc megamen and others. I also have to add to my daily magnesium oxide, tons of potassium, several calcium, and d3. it is a good base vitamin for the $

Getting enough nutrients can be a struggle for many, including myself. This once a day pill gave me a noticeable energy and mood boost after trying it for a few days. May work differently for others, combined with a healthy routine and lifestyle.

I have been with those vitamins for more than 3 months and I don't see any difference but I am keeping used of them.

You don't need 6 or 7 jars of vitamins, just take a multivitamin. I like this one personally simple. No taste easy to swallow. Gets the job done.
