Just like the name says. I take one, daily. Easy to swallow and doesn't taste like anything - unlike some of those vitamins that taste like hot dumpster juice. I'll keep taking one a day, unless my doctor tells me to stop.Also, great dates! I ordered June 2022 and the expiration date is December 2023. Plenty of time to get through them all. Especially if you take one a day.

I wanted my husband to start taking a multivitamin everyday and One a Day for men has been around forever, so I bought them and he's been taking them everyday and they've given him a boost of energy and are definitely helping him getting all the vitamins our body needs.

I like these vitamins because they don't include a lot of calcium or chromium. One of my close friends who was a PhD in molecular biology at UCLA recommended these, and they seem to do really well for me. Spending much more doesn't necessarily mean better.

I used it for a year long, mentally changed, compared to other same group of multivitamin, price is reasonable, ingredients are fully for aged under 50 men.

if somehow you dont know about 1 a day, just scroll the photos up top to get the main ingredients and all that. i love this brand because its cheap and effective..affective?never had any issues with stomach cramps like a few ppl claimed but they also said they take them on empty stomachs. i dont konw what thats about, maybe theyr on a skip meals type diet but ilike i said ive never had any issues with them. i highly recommend getting yourself on some vitamins. the way we live? we could use all the help we can get.

I'm 45 and added this one a day. I experience headaches that for a week while taking this. I thought no way this was causing it. Stopped taking and headaches went away. I waited two weeks and tried again and same thing. Didn't work for me.
