My husband and I are nearing 40 and need to start taking care of ourselves. I researched and researched and settled on these. We haven't started taking them yet. But the men's bottle is smaller than the women's. The pills, however, are larger. I'm slightly annoyed that the women's bottle uses that much more plastic. It's silly.

Taking these even with food made my stomach feel weird. It goes away after about an hour but still, it isn't great. They also made my tendons around my knee and ankle hurt. I stopped taking them and the pain went way within 24hrs. I personally will not be using these anymore.

I like that I got 200 tablets, and it value for money my husband works hard and is always tired so these are great support in energy

Pill size is very reasonable and I've never had issue with swallowing it which is a plus. I've bought multivitamins in the past that had a very strong taste and were relatively large which made swallowing a task. Would always have to have water ready to try and get it down as quickly as possible to avoid having the taste in my mouth for too long. Don't have any issue like that with these vitamins. Would recommend.

Many of the chemicals on the ingredient list are poorly absorbed by humans and there are much better forms available. For example the forms of zinc and magnesium in this are basically just getting excreted. Once ingested, cyanocobalamine (B12) is converted back into the original adenosylcobalamine and methylcobalamine, releasing the cyanide in the process. Also not suggesting to take cyanocobalamine with a vitamin c supplement. I would avoid this and look for something that is high quality. You all deserve it!

I compared about a dozen multi-vitamins in a micronutrient scheduler and this one did a good job of fulfilling a lot of things that aren't typically found in daily foods.The one drawback to this (naturally) is that you get of a bit of an aftertaste if you don't wash down with a full gulp of water, would have stomach burn when taken on an empty stomach unlike lesser gummy-type so sensitive stomachs be aware.Otherwise, awesome and plan to buy again.

First things first, DO NOT buy if you are sensitive to pills. These are very large horse pills similar if not bigger than fish oil pills.They don't really have a taste and let me warn you, eat with your vitamins. The one time I took my vitamin on an empty stomach, I almost immediately ran to the bathroom to throw up.Standard multivitamin but i'd recommend the GNC brand. My body felt a lot better and the pills are half the size. There's a reason they give you pill cutting instructions

These are great and will give you energy if you continue to take them. However make sure you take them with food otherwise your will have quite the stomach ache

I have been taking these vitamins for nearly a year. What made me go for them is the amount of vitamins and minerals for the amount of pills you get. I don't think anyone else comes close.One side effect is the slight nausea you get when you do not eat or drink enough with the pills. I've taken them without anything in my stomach and I immediately regret it!Overall these pills give you the largest amount of vitamins for your hard earned money.

Not a placebo effect - I don't care what anyone says. These truly make me feel better about an hour after I take one. I started out just taking them by default not expecting much until I started wondering why I was feeling so good. I never put 2 2 together, then I started intentionally Not taking them so I could see the difference - there is one - a big one. Maybe I am personally deficient in something but whatever is working here I am not stopping. Overall, I think they add stability to my mood, energy level and just a feeling of plain in terms of health. I get there are studies that say waste of money in terms of efficacy to fight disease/etc but there definitely is data lacking on how they complete missing health components. Also just look at the review percentage on this product alone - has to be helpful somehow.
