Several of my doctors have recommended I take a daily vitamin.

I'm 45 and added this one a day. I experience headaches that for a week while taking this. I thought no way this was causing it. Stopped taking and headaches went away. I waited two weeks and tried again and same thing. Didn't work for me.

I have taken multi vitamins for most of my life. Took this one and 2 days in a row right afterwords I threw up.

Just like the other people on here these made me sick to my stomach! Like almost to the point Of throwing up. I thought i was getting sick from something else, but I realized it only started with these pills and stopped when i stopped taking them.I have tried Kirkland brand bulk vitamins and felt better. These aren't worth the higher price!

Do multivitamins actually have what they say? If they do, are they the right amount for basic bodily needs? Do I really need to choke down a dry pill every day? What does the Bible say about multivitamins?I don't know the answer to any of those questions, but I definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep quality, cognitive function, and the rate at which I could blink after a couple of weeks of taking these. I also started a diet and working out at least 30 minutes a day, so I'm not sure which one affected the speed of my butterfly kisses. My doctor says I've lost weight and have an improved mood; consult a physician before making these wild claims. He says my eyelids are too muscular but I should pursue a career in sleight-of-hand tricks using only my eyes. He also recommends to continue whatever I'm doing to begin puberty in my 30s.
