After doing a search for top vitamins online, these were on the list for most effective and great price. I have been taking the pills for about 2 weeks and feel great without any problems. I had no heartburn, nausea, or felt blah after taking them. The only issues I have is the pills are pretty big. Great porduct!

I'm happy in choosing this multivitamin for my husband. Each carries 100 or more of the vitamin he needs on a daily basis. There's no flavor. The vitamin is on the larger size as a FYI-see my picture. There is a low daily of calcium which is the case in most multivitamins but he consumes a lot of food milk to compensate for that. There is NO iron in this multivitamin. That would need to be consumed in addition to this. 200 capsules is nearly a 7 month supply- the price is unbeatable. These a keeper! I definitely recommend!

I used this product because me and my wife were trying to have another baby. Before I started taking these we tried for maybe a year. 3 months after I started using these she finally got pregnant. Fellas if you are trying to use these to help conceive then I recommend these!!!

I started using these since I am getting older and noticed that I've been losing hair each time I take a shower. Ever since I've started taking these multi-vitamins, I've noticed a big reduction of hair loss. I'll continue to keep using this just for that reason alone.

I've been using these for years - religiously, after my breakfast. This morning, however, I found out quickly that the directions do not lie. TAKE WITH FOOD! I threw up within 5 minutes of taking one on an empty stomach. Other than that, these seem to do the trick. No crazy percentages of your DV like many vitamins have. They are a bit difficult to swallow, too.

Most multivitamins I've taken have a strong flavor but this one doesn't, which is nice. It has most of the vitamins I need, except magnesium, but all the other multivitamins I searched also don't have much magnesium either. I would recommend.

I had been taking Centrum Silver for months. I didn't notice any health benefits. I checked reviews on this product. Most of them were positive .The only issue for most were stomach issues. I too, had this. But the increase in energy and reduction of joint pain has been beyond amazing. I am 70 and I am exercising again. Best of all, my stomach issues have cleared up. I highly recommend this product!

Has the important nutrients in it. Somewhat large pills bit typical for men's vitamins. Easy to swallow though.

There is no way you could eat enough food to get all the vitamins you need on a daily basis. I found One A Day to contain significant and valuable amounts of vitamins and minerals that I needed to have in my diet on a daily basis. I don't believe that these vitamins have a coating on them, and for me they stick to my tongue and made it just a little bit harder to swallow. It just takes a few sips of water or any fluid like coffee, tea ,or pop for me to swallow these vitamins. Wishing you good health when you add these vitamins and minerals to your diet.
