I don't take One a Day multivitamins anymore because I decided to try other brands but when I used to take these, these vitamins were the right ones for me. When I first started taking these, I noticed my facial hair started to grow more and I felt a lot healthier. I noticed some other multivitamin brands increase the dosage of some vitamins, but One a Day vitamins should be just right for anyone. It also depends on what you're taking them for (deficiencies in vitamins), these should do the trick.

I don't know why so much people are complaining about the taste, it is a dry pill, it has zero taste and you just swallow it..I took it for a few days and had to stop taking it for a 2-3 days for my body to acclimate to the pill as it was making me slightly nauseous. This happened to me with a zinc pill earlier last year. No issues since.As it has vitamin, that makes me stay awake, I am taking it during the middle of the day

This particular One A Day multivitamin supplement is geared toward men over 50, with the vitaminswhich are especially needed by seniors and near-seniors. It's a great product.

This product actually helped my stomach pain issue, not sure which ingredient reacted with the stomach, but after having my flatulent stomach, the pain went away
