After a month of taking this, my wife tells me I smell like an onion patch. Over the course of the following few weeks, she lets me know that the smell is worse. Of course I'm nose blind to the scent, probably because I'm the one taking these pills. Once I stopped taking these pills after about a week the smell went away.One star. Do not recommend.

In general, I have loved it, I have taken it and I have not felt any unfavorable reaction. I had to buy another one for my dad because he liked it too

How do you know if vitamins are doing anything? I have no idea. So I am still alive. My urine is not neon green. So something must be right.

I've been using these for years - religiously, after my breakfast. This morning, however, I found out quickly that the directions do not lie. TAKE WITH FOOD! I threw up within 5 minutes of taking one on an empty stomach. Other than that, these seem to do the trick. No crazy percentages of your DV like many vitamins have. They are a bit difficult to swallow, too.
