I like the price of these and only having to take one per day. 200 count lasts 6 months which is nice. The taste isn't that great if it starts dissolving before you swallow it or if you get it stuck in your throat while trying to swallow it. And on that note..My main gripe is this tablet doesn't always go down easy without some pre-planning. A tip I'd give is to first take a sip of water and hold it in your mouth, then put the tablet in and swish the water around ensuring the tablet is fully saturated before swallowing. Otherwise it seems the tablet is just starved for moisture and wants to stick to your tongue, roof of your mouth or inside your throat and it leads to coughing. Do not try to take this without water! I have and it didn't go well lol. Having a tablet stuck in your throat for a full minute while it's dissolving really makes you appreciate when you nail the swallow the first time! :)As far as noticeable benefits -- usually I end up taking these when I'm trying to eat healthier, exercise more, etc. So it's a combination of things that would make me feel better or have more energy. I'm sure it's helping and anyone getting routine bloodwork would know for sure (I'm not there yet). Regardless, most of us are lacking in what a multivitamin can provide, so for the cost of these it's a no-brainer to fill in the gaps!
