I have been taking multi vitamins for years and these really help. I feel like you fend off colds and get better sleep and energy.

so far so good I was using mega men from GNC but didn't like how I had to take two pills also didn't like the taste.

The problem is that I ordered two, one for men and one for women, the men's expiration date is 12/23 but women's 04/24. It is not normal because it is very short period

I compared about a dozen multi-vitamins in a micronutrient scheduler and this one did a good job of fulfilling a lot of things that aren't typically found in daily foods.The one drawback to this (naturally) is that you get of a bit of an aftertaste if you don't wash down with a full gulp of water, would have stomach burn when taken on an empty stomach unlike lesser gummy-type so sensitive stomachs be aware.Otherwise, awesome and plan to buy again.

I bought these for my husband after he turned 40 and he wanted to take his health a bit more seriously. He was needing 3 a day of his previous ones to meet daily requirements, so taking one a day is perfect. Can't beat the price

Appears to be good and working. Only way to truly know would be a full blood panel test. Regardless, I don't feel like crap so I guess it is good.

First things first, DO NOT buy if you are sensitive to pills. These are very large horse pills similar if not bigger than fish oil pills.They don't really have a taste and let me warn you, eat with your vitamins. The one time I took my vitamin on an empty stomach, I almost immediately ran to the bathroom to throw up.Standard multivitamin but i'd recommend the GNC brand. My body felt a lot better and the pills are half the size. There's a reason they give you pill cutting instructions

The pills are hard to swallow sometimes and if you pop one in your mouth before you have your water ready you will regret it lol. The taste isn't the greatest but you do get all the vitamins you need
