I bought these for my husband after he turned 40 and he wanted to take his health a bit more seriously. He was needing 3 a day of his previous ones to meet daily requirements, so taking one a day is perfect. Can't beat the price

Appears to be good and working. Only way to truly know would be a full blood panel test. Regardless, I don't feel like crap so I guess it is good.

The pills are hard to swallow sometimes and if you pop one in your mouth before you have your water ready you will regret it lol. The taste isn't the greatest but you do get all the vitamins you need

I've been using the One A Day Men's Multivitamin for a few weeks now and I have to say that I'm really impressed. I've noticed that I have more energy throughout the day, which I definitely appreciate. I also appreciate the convenience of just having to take one pill every day - no fussing around with multiple pills. And I feel like the formulation they chose is really well balanced.The only downside I've noticed is that if I take it on an empty stomach, it can result in an upset stomach. So I've had to be careful to take it with food. The other downside I noticed was the texture of the vitamin. It has a really grainy texture, which I didn't particularly like.Overall I'm really happy with the One A Day Men's Multivitamin and would recommend it to other men. It's a great way to get the vitamins and minerals you need in one convenient pill. Just make sure you take it with some food and you should be good to go.
