I never had an issue swallowing pills as long as I have water. Easy to swallow , could be big to some people.

I don't eat very healthy/often- figured I might as well take a multivitamin. These are the ONLY ones that do not make me vomit. I sure hope they work.

Good all around USA produced multi vitamin. I use these in conjunction with other supplements. Price fluctuations on these can be big. One can often find the 300 count bottle at the warehouse bulk stores like Sams for the same exact price.

I've used this for more than 6 months. I don't feel any side effects, no heartburn or headaches. I tried other multivitamins but this one is the best so far for me. at least my body is taking it quite well so that I can continue taking it daily.

The pills are a bit bigger than your average. Not the easiest to swallow but not super hard either. Great value either way.

I think it’s important to manage expectations. A good diet and a healthy workout routine is always the best solution to feeling healthier. However if you don’t have the best diet this does help. I’ve noticed that I do feel quite a bit better physically after taking these consistently for a week or more. Slight increase in energy and alightly better sexual performance. Im 28 and I sit at my desk all day. These are good for replacing essential nutrients you may be missing.
