Keep the lid on tight because Jem's ideal blend of three quintessential ingredients, sprouted organic hazelnuts, raw organic cacao nibs and coconut crystals, will have trouble staying in the jar! The quality is so good and pure, each spoonful will blow you away!
Our Ingredients - Healthy Indulgence
Raw Sprouted Organic Hazelnuts - Soaked in pink himalayan salt crystals then dehydrated at a low temperature to ensure the nutritional integrity and improve the digestion of the hazelnuts. Soaking also reduces the phytic acid, a substance that reduces your ability to absorb minerals. Currently sourced from Washington, Oregon and occasionally Italy and Turkey.
Raw Cacao (ka-kau, ka-kow) - These dried seeds from South America are from evergreen tree. Cacao has long been enjoyed for its healthful; invigorating; and blissful properties in Mexican, Central and South American cultures. Our chocolate is made with carefully selected raw organic beans, and stone ground over 24 hours, while carefully monitoring that the bean never heats over 118 degrees. Coconut Palm Sugar - Coconut palm sugar is made from the sweet nectar of the coconut tree flower blossoms, coconut palm sugar is a pure and simple low-glycerinic sweetener that provides the energy and mineral rich nutrition your body needs.
