Product Description
This DIY Elderberry Syrup kit will allow you to make your own Elderberry Syrup without the hassle of ordering all of the wonderful ingredients individually. Natural remedy for colds, allergies and the flu. Other Elderberry Syrups simply include Elderberries, but our kit includes additional herbs for a super vitamin C boost to support your immune system. When making our Elderberry Syrup from one of our snazzy Elderberry Kits you can get as creative as you'd like. Why not add fresh lemon peels, blackberries, raspberries, or fresh strawberries? As soon as our blueberries pop up on our bushes we add them to our syrup.

5.5 oz pack: Boil 7 cups of filtered water. Add 9 tbsp of honey.
3.3 oz pack: Boil 3 1/2 cups of filtered water. Add 5 tbsp of honey.
Add packet and boil on low for 3 minutes. Lower heat and simmer for 40 minutes, occasionally stirring. Strain herbs using a mesh strainer or cheesecloth and cool for 10 minutes. Add the above amount of honey for your packet. Store syrup in a sanitized jar in the refrigerator for 3-6 months
Adults: 1 tbsp daily or every 3-4 hours when not feeling well
Children: 1 tsp daily or every 3-4 hours when not feeling well
Warning: If pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare provider. Do not feed to children under 1 if honey has been added.
