Works perfect for our porch seat/swing. Was easy to install, I predrilled the holes and used an impact to set them in place. They are sturdy and seem to last for a long time.

I built an A Frame Swing Set for my girls, but lets be honest even adults like to swing so I made mine bigger and choose these big dog swing hinges to ensure even if a grown adult wants to swing they wont worry about falling on their butt.

A very sturdy product. I would recommend this product for any heavy swing. I may have to return this because it is probably to heavy for the small project I am working on. I ordered it because other pruducts seemed to light duty.

Not sure this is rated at 10,000 lbs as it states, but it is more then enough for a porch swing.

We use these to hang swings on our kids swing set. And recently ordered another set to hang a large swing under the patio. They are super sturdy and have held up really well. One thing I would suggest is after you install them, spray a little bit of lube of any kind in the bushing to keep them quiet as possible and lasting a long long time.
