It's definitely sturdy and well built but just like User Faster Tomorrow said, it does not work in NY. I was hoping he was referring to NYC so i purchased it anyway. I'm between Rochester/Buffalo NY area and it doesn't work. It's off by a little bit.

Needed this for current area Comcast cabinets. Works fine. Some wear developing on most commonly used end but that is to be expected.
