It has two ends of different sizes, both are 34;security34; or 34;tamper-proof34; style hex - like an Allen Wrench but with a hole in the middle. For those locks/bolts that have a hex indentation with a pin in the middle. Mostly used for telecom cabinets. Fits in the end of a can-wrench or other 5/16 hex deep-socket like a spark-plug socket bit.
