it works good but not 100 after months of trying to get rid of mites on my snakes that I got from reptile shop. and I have to put into another pump bottle because it gets all clogged up and won't spray in Original bottle. but overall it's good stuff mites are a pain.

My box turtle that I've had for thirty three years somehow got mites. I don't know how, but she did. I gave her a bath, emptied her tank, and sanitized it with bleach. Put fresh bark in, and wiped her down with jerasimite. She seems to be mite free a week later. I'll keep inspecting, but for now she seems to be mite free I also poured about an inch wide line of borax around the outside base of the tank to discourage any nasty critters from climbing in.

So, my couple months old ball python got snake mites. We weren't sure how but every other treatment seemed harsh and we wanted something that was safe for us and for her. So, we got Jurrasimite and did a Dawn Dishsoap bath. I tried just spraying down her and the enclosure but that didn't do much. Add the bath and she was clear. As of April 24th, 2023, she's clear. Still in quarantine but clear.The only problem I have with the product is the fact that the liquid itself might be too much for spray bottles in general. At first, we thought it was just the product we got then we ordered more and it turns out, the liquid is not suitable for being sprayed. What we had to do in the end was first, buy another spray bottle (that one stopped working too), and second, just use the paper towel method of wiping the substance around the enclosure and on her.The scent wasn't as bad as some people say on here. I've been around a lot of chemicals and that was probably the okay-est smelling one out there.TL;DR: Good product, the formula isn't nice to spray bottles so it's not just you, scent is alright, product does its job.

Google suggested a million and one different ways to cure Snake Mites but this affordable and easy to use solution was the best thing I found. Along with dawn soakings daily and wiping down entire enclosures, then placing in a quarantined area, within days all the mites were gone from both new additions. Thank you!

I didn't quarantine my new pet and I am still paying the price (turns out mite eggs can lay dormant in houseplants near your enclosures for months...), but I use this spray after an initial olive oil rub and it works every time. I will always have this stuff on hand.

Bought this for and unbelievable mite outbreak. Used it just to wipe out the tanks and also originally wiped off the snakes and it was safe to use. I mostly recommend it just for use to wipe out tanks because I do not like putting medication's on my snakes.

I've been using this as directed to get rid the beginnings of a mite situation that has developed in some of my Ball Python tubs. While spraying the product on the bedding, the pump sprayer starts to stick in the down position and not coming back up. Each time I pump the sprayer I have to pull the nozzle back up. I decided to order another bottle hoping the spray nozzle will work on the new one. After receiving the new bottle I used it about 2 dozen pumps and the spray nozzle is sticking also.The product seems to be working to slowly eliminate the mites. Both spray nozzles are defective.I'll buy it again for the product. Good luck.

My geckos got mites in between moving house. Not sure how. But this stuff really helped get rid of them

My son's ball python had mites very badly and we had already changed everything in the tank several times. There must have always been that one that escaped. We finally decided for try a chemical, Jurassimite, and it has worked wonders!! Snake is relieved and so is my son. Wish we'd tried it sooner. I will note that we followed the safety directions VERY carefully and read a few articles to double check correct usage to avoid harm to snake.

This spray was easy to use, safe when used as directed and got rid of the mites with 3 treatments.

I have a very young ball Python and this product got rid of her mites after just two spray downs. It also killed every one of them in her tank! It's been months and she's mite free still and much happier and healthier.

This stuff is a god-send. I have two bearded dragons, 2 year old female and a 9 year old male. I purchased Jurassi Mite's mite spray as well as another brand I found at my local reptile shop.Jurassi Mite does have a potent odor, be forewarned. It did not bother me or my dragons, however it may be a bit too much for some.After a bath, I spray my dragons from behind the fat pads and all the way down to the tips of their tails. I use a towel to pat them dry even though it suggests the solution air dry. The next day they had more energy and had a pleasant smell in my opinion. I sprayed their habitat with the other brand but that spray can only be used once a week. When it comes to preventative measures I use Jurassi Mite since it can be used as needed.I have not noticed any mites and it's been 5 days. Thank you Jurassi Mite!I would definitely recommend this product!

Perfect for our mite problem, we have ball pythons ranging from 2 months to 4 years. Decided I need to leave a review for others. Make SURE that you're dealing with mites/fleas/ticks, if your unsure please go to the vet!!! Many people are saying it has killed their snake, but after talking to numerous people AND pet store owners, this 100 will work if used correctly. I also suggest the wipes they have as well, since you can just run it along your snake. Make sure to still clean the enclosure and any water bowls/hides

If you have mites or are trying to get rid of them get this. You have to keep up with the cleaning process or this stuff is just a waste or money. The only thing I didnt like was that the spray bottles got clogged so I had to put it in a different bottle.
