You're a tall person in a small car. I have a Mercedes Benz convertible. The seat kills my lower back. I put this in place and it was very comfortable, though now I had less leg room despite the seat being all the way back. So I'd you're over 6ft and have a smaller car, you will lose leg room.

I'm recovering from back surgery and just couldn't get comfortable in my recliner. I needed more lumbar support. Many things I tried were too thick and caused pain. But this completely transformed my recliner into the perfect recovery chair. Highly recommend if you are looking to add comfortable lumbar support to your chair.

I drive a 2007 Mustang. No matter what I tried with the driver's seat, my right hip would 'pinch'. I have a herniated disk in my spine. (falling off horses!) Even if I could get it somewhat right, when I exited the car, my hip would complain. I already have a comfortable seat cushion, but it wasn't enough. When I placed this foam support on the seat back (the straps worked) and sat in my car, oh my! I felt sooo good. After a few drives, I will say this item is a keeper. I can now really enjoy my sporty car with this cushion. I am so glad I found it.

This has been great for my arthritis! I work a desk job and have mechanical arthritis in my lower spine. This helps me to sit with better posture and offer support to my back, I've definitely noticed a difference! I work on the computer and for several months have been having upper back pain. I ordered this and wasn't very optimistic that it would help. It is wonderful and immediately alleviated the pinch in my back and gave me lumbar support at the same time. It is firm enough to do its job, but just squishy enough to be comfortable as well. It allows me to sit forward and still slouch a bit. I'm 5'7. My son, who is 6'3 has the same office chair and when he tried it, he loved it as well. Today I purchased one for him and a second one for me for my living room recliner so I don't have to bother switching them out. I did look closely at the picture of where to place the cushion so I wouldn't be causing more issues for myself and the straps keep it perfectly in place. The straps don't fit around my recliner (and the info doesn't say that they would) but I just use it loose and it still stays in place for what I need. It is nice to have a product that actually does what it says. Highly recommend!

The past few years I have spoiled myself by flying first class when I travel, but due to post-Covid price increases I decided to fly on a 'budget' airline instead. Not only did they not offer first-class, but their seats don't recline! I have severe arthritis in my spine, and even reclining a little helps take the pressure off. On my 3 hour flight I was in pain the whole time. The first thing I did after arriving at my destination was to order this pillow. It arrived a couple of days later, and I started using it right away at the kitchen table where we played cards every night and it helped tremendously. My mother-in-law liked it so much that I ordered another one for her. On my flight back home, I used this pillow and had NO PAIN during the whole flight. Me gusto mucho

My husband uses this in the car; the only thing we have noticed that gives us issues is the foam. As the weather gets colder, the foam gets stiff and uncomfortable. Otherwise it's a really nice support.

This is life saving. I sit at my desk a lot and my back hurts. I have tried a lot of back rest and NONE can compare to this one. I have recommended to other co workers and they love it also.
