I use this as lumbar support for my car seat when Im driving long distances. I'm 5'10 and 160 lbs.Initially, the support felt a bit uncomfortable on the long rides but after 1-2 months it became much better. I guess the memory foam does take some time before it fits in place

My husband has to work in construction machinery all day and this provides great support to his back and lower back so much that he accidentally left his first one in a job site so he bought another one and so did his co-worker who also runs machinery. Makes their day so much better and they don't end up with pain

I was hoping for a lumbar support apparatus that is designed with the contours/anatomy of the spine.This cushion captures the essence of support perfectly.

Once it unrolls and gets all fluffed out, this is a comfy, supportive back pillow. I bought it for an office chair, but, ended up using it in a recliner for additional comfort.

You're a tall person in a small car. I have a Mercedes Benz convertible. The seat kills my lower back. I put this in place and it was very comfortable, though now I had less leg room despite the seat being all the way back. So I'd you're over 6ft and have a smaller car, you will lose leg room.

Drive for a living. Had back pain from constantly sitting in the car, in my lower back. At some point I think I have strained the muscle. I have been dealing with it for months. This has provided relief. Its not super comfortable, but I think that's because I am used to slouching. Its definitely helping. For the cost I am happy.
