Are used to have back pain from about an hour of driving.. now i can drive18 hours on the road (idaho to cali) and feel better then I did with an hour without the support.

I literally never write reviewed but if I can just help one person then I succeeded. I had back surgery last year and have to have another one soon. I sit at a desk 8-8 for 5 days a week for work and this thing is AMAZING! I have constant back pain as well as sciatic and hip issues and this makes work so much more enjoyable for me. Buy it now!!! Even if you don't have issues, it will help correct your posture.

I have 3 different support pillows for my back and this is the only one that feels like its really supporting my back. its soft yet firm, I can wear my TENS unit on my back and not feel it bc the cushion conforms to my back, like some serious memory foam. I am carrying it up and down the stairs between my tv chair and my work station, so I just purchased another one because I'm tired of moving it up and down the stairwell. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!! So glad I found it.

I bought this to help on an 850 mile road trip. Pretty good but really designed more for the office rather than a car. It could also depend on your car seats as well. I have a Mustang so bucket seats probably played a factor.

Works fine but they need to be very clear that this is not for car seats with built-in airbags. I cannot use the top back strap because it covers the airbag and would only cause a disaster should the airbags deploy. Because I can't use the top back strap, it doesn't stay in place very well and sitting down becomes awkward. I also wish it was a bit taller but I don't hold that against the product since product dimensions are mentioned in the description.

This pillow gave me much support after having a compression fracture on my L1. I love it! Few minutes using it and back feels better and I can get up and do something .
