Far better than the rectangular supports I used previously, which used to dig into my shoulder blades. The only flaw is that from the description I expected the side pads to be thicker. As they are I don't perceive any side-to-side support. But that was a minor consideration.

I just started using this pillow for my back a couple hours ago and the difference is amazing. My lower back and upper back feel supported. I'm sitting up straighter and the pillow supports me in all the right places. I highly recommend this!

I got this for my brother who has a low quality desk chair and I feel like it's been helping his posture! He seems to have less back pain now. My mom also tried it and immediately felt relief. You just strap it around the back of any chair and it's there for lumbar support!

I immediately put this in my car. It was very easy to install. I have lower back pain and need the support when I drive or just sit. It is very sturdy and comfortable.

I use this as lumbar support for my car seat when Im driving long distances. I'm 5'10 and 160 lbs.Initially, the support felt a bit uncomfortable on the long rides but after 1-2 months it became much better. I guess the memory foam does take some time before it fits in place

I have Sjgren's syndrome and CREST syndrome and sitting at a desk for work 8hrs a day is very difficult. My lower back is thankful for this so I'm not spending hundreds of dollars right now on a new chair when my now chair is just fine. Super easy to put on the chair and it stays put. Highly recommend and hopeful it will hold out for a while.

I liked the support it gives me for my lower back and keeps my body upright and in good position. The price is reasonable. I use it when I sit doing computer work and it prevents me from having pain.
