I use this In my recliner. It holds its shape and density no matter how long I've been sitting. The straps on the back to secure it are nice too. I would buy again.

I drive long hours and needed a support cushion for my lower back to prevent pain on my lower back, hips and knees (oh yes, if you feel pain on your knees and have no injuries you might have issues with your lower back) it took my couple does to get used to and weren't feeling comfortable but after 3-4 days I am all set! Minimum muscle tightness on lower back and hips. Good product but a bit pricey. You need these things to properly treat your body. It's the only place you live in. As you start to age you will feel the results of carelessness you had about your body when you were younger. That is how life it!

I work a 9-5 job at an office. I like to get comfortable and lean back/slouch most of the day and dont have the best posture. I try to do some back exercises to help but don't always have the time or patience. I have tried a few different support pillows and this one is the best by far. It forces you to sit up straight which I really like and it makes my back feel great! It is also comfortable and not annoying to use. I am so grateful I came across this and would definitely recommend it.

The back rest offers great lumbar support. It works in my recliner and in the car. It's a great value for the money.

My husband has to work in construction machinery all day and this provides great support to his back and lower back so much that he accidentally left his first one in a job site so he bought another one and so did his co-worker who also runs machinery. Makes their day so much better and they don't end up with pain

I was hoping for a lumbar support apparatus that is designed with the contours/anatomy of the spine.This cushion captures the essence of support perfectly.

LOVE this back support pillow. I had some back pain that would not go away. Placed this pillow in my car along with a C-shaped tailbone cushion and together they eradicated the back and tailbone pain completely!! highly recommend

Once it unrolls and gets all fluffed out, this is a comfy, supportive back pillow. I bought it for an office chair, but, ended up using it in a recliner for additional comfort.

I'm terrible at sitting properly. This forces me to do it - but comfortably! I spend all day in an office chair and my posture is really poor. It's definitely making a difference.
