The past few years I have spoiled myself by flying first class when I travel, but due to post-Covid price increases I decided to fly on a 'budget' airline instead. Not only did they not offer first-class, but their seats don't recline! I have severe arthritis in my spine, and even reclining a little helps take the pressure off. On my 3 hour flight I was in pain the whole time. The first thing I did after arriving at my destination was to order this pillow. It arrived a couple of days later, and I started using it right away at the kitchen table where we played cards every night and it helped tremendously. My mother-in-law liked it so much that I ordered another one for her. On my flight back home, I used this pillow and had NO PAIN during the whole flight. I now use it daily in my office chair and my back hasn't felt this good in years.

My husband got this for me because I couldn't stop complaining about how bad my back hurts when I'm driving. I personally have had the best experience driving now with the support of NiceDay.

This lumbar support pillow is perfect for my home office. I am a small framed person and it hits all the right spots. Price was also right! Highly recommend.

Use in the car while ubering a 12 hour shift. Makes my seat more comfortable and easier to stretch your shoulders back when driving. Car seats are not comfortable and so hard, makes for a painful ride

My husband uses this in the car; the only thing we have noticed that gives us issues is the foam. As the weather gets colder, the foam gets stiff and uncomfortable. Otherwise it's a really nice support.

This is life saving. I sit at my desk a lot and my back hurts. I have tried a lot of back rest and NONE can compare to this one. I have recommended to other co workers and they love it also.

This lumbar pillow helps ALOT in my truck to relieve lumbar pressure even during long drives! I love that I can attatch it to my seat with the adjustable straps so I don't have to constantly adjust it!
