I had an old support pillow that needed replacing. this one is longer and attaches easily to my ofice chair at home. I spend about 8 to 10 hrs a day in that chair so it helps to have back support. so far after a couple of days it seems to help with better sitting posture. for the money it worth it.

I wish it was softer. It's kind of an awkward fit for me and I have to keep adjusting the position. I'm short and small, so may be good for normal sized or larger person. Company has great customer service and satisfaction.

The unit so far has a great feeling to it. I plan on using in my auto for more support. Don't think I can use the straps to hold it in place because I have side air bags on my seats?

It was smaller than I anticipated in terms of length, but it's very adjustable and does a great job in providing support and relief for my lower back. It's a great price too. I totally recommend it.

I hqve worked from home since early covid, sitting at a desk 8-10 hours daily. This product fits right in the lumbar of my back. AND it has straps to keep it in place!

I works well in the chair I sit in to use my computer. I wanted one that would make my recliner more comfortable, but it is useless for that. It does not fit in mine at all.

This provides good support for long car trips. My husband uses it in the driver's seat. He also uses it in his office chair when he is not driving. It is cooler than some others he has used and definitely more comfortable.

Awesome back support. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I wish you can make it tighter than what is allowed. My office chair is on the smaller side so I am unable to tighten it as much to keep it in place better

I gave this a try to see if this would support my back while doing my computer stuff, but it didn't. I have severe low back pain and sciatica pain and had multiple invasive surgeries this past 2 years. It could help other people with less mild to moderate pain but not for people with severe back problem.

It does come with a strong odor, with 2 days window opening, it is mostly gone now.Everything else is good.

Far better than the rectangular supports I used previously, which used to dig into my shoulder blades. The only flaw is that from the description I expected the side pads to be thicker. As they are I don't perceive any side-to-side support. But that was a minor consideration.

I immediately put this in my car. It was very easy to install. I have lower back pain and need the support when I drive or just sit. It is very sturdy and comfortable.

Granted this does not offer automatic pain relief however it does ease the pain.
