I really like the handle set.. It was easy to install. It is very sturdy and color is perfect!

We built a brand new house. I saved money by buying my own finishes and installing them myself.As for these...I love these door handles/locks. We have 4 front doors across the front of the home so we needed 4 of them.I alone installed all 4. They were easy to install.It has been 3 months now and no issues. Door handles working perfectly. Still look new. Couldn't be happier.I do not understand the other reviews unless they received something different than what I did.As mentioned we have 4 of them. Not just one sample.If something changes I will update my review. But so far so good. Everything is perfect.The ones I bought are the bright polished chrome and they are beautiful. The finish is top notch.I needed to save money and did I ever with these. Had I bought similar locks I would have had to spend another $300-$400 on name branded handles.They say you get what you pay for.Well personally I feel like I got a great deal on these.They work as intended without concern or issue.Happy Decorating....

Stylish and practical

Very impressed with the appearance and quality.This was purchased to replace an old set and installation was easy.

Be extra super duper careful laying out your holes for drilling. Do NOT use the template they provide, as it is neither to scale nor contains accurate measurements. They have the distance from the lock centerline to the bottom pin as 8 2/3.2/3 - Would someone care to share where the 1/3 inch marks are on my tape measure? thanks.

Easy to install and sturdyvery smart looking. Happy with the purchase. Has been installed for several months without an issue.

We purchased this set 2 years ago. It was easy to install (if you know what you're doing) and we enjoyed the esthetic of the set but it only lasted 2 years almost to the day. The exterior handle works but the interior stopped so we can't get out our front door from the inside. If you're looking for something that will last this isn't it.

It broke after a month and started falling apart pretty quickly. Not made very well.

Everything is fine, install went quickly. There is one problem. The bottom of the long handle is a cylinder- the instructions tell you to drill 5/16 hole through the door. The cylinder fits into 5/16 perfectly however, the screw that is provided-while it fits into the cylinder, the head of the screw is not big enough to fit over the 5/16 drill hole so it pulls through/doesn't secure it in place. We purchased a machine screw with the biggest head possible (unsure if the big box store we went to just didn't have them in stock or if the don't come the way we needed) and then added a washer. It works very well now. Just a heads up since we had to make an extra trip. All parts for the deadbolt were correct.

This is a beautiful looking piece, but the screws that came with it were to short, and ended up getting stuck. We had to break the inside handle piece in order to fully remove it from the door, and it ended scratching the paint on the inside and outside.

Great product and easy to install!

This was extremely difficult to install. Took over an hour the deadbolt doesn't work properly. Now I have a hole in my door for the bottom handle no working lock. Piss poor - DO NOT BUY

Went to install the door handle and the screws that. Lamp the door handles together stripped out immediately with little force. Only give it a second star because even with the door handle loose it held on like that for a year before failing completely

the door hardware looks beautiful, however, not having installed yet, do not know. We will bew installing both systems by the end of December.
