Update I contacted the company and they are very helpful. Respond quickly and good customer service. They really tried to help me. I started thinking maybe my sons bedroom too big for the purifier. Even though the website states will work in my sons room size. This is not the case. I placed the purifier in a small room and it worked great. I would suggest get a bigger size purifier unless a really small room. this is my current review and will update if something changes. The purifier is pretty. it is quiet, plenty of outflow of air but no inflow. I performed the flashlight test and does not show any inflow of dust. I have the purifier in my sons room. It isnt a big room. He has alot of allergies and other issues. I have run the purifier for almost 3 days and no difference. The filter looks the same as when i took out of the box. no dust on filter. Im really disappointed. I was hoping the purifier worked. I like to have a bigger purifer for whole house. im afraid to buy another purifier since this one doesnt seem to be working

This is my second Levoit Air Purifier. It worked great for my 15' x 15' movie room that i bought one for my office room. Get the charcoal filter for a clean smelling room. Filter last for me about 9 months, filters aren't expensive either. Works as advertised.

Owned a number of different air purifiers over the years. I like the capability to control the the unit with an App. The air quality is a nice feature. I haven't found a dimmer option for the lights so I normally put a sticky or sock in the middle to block the light. Overall I'm pleased with the functionality of these Levoit products. I've purchased one 300s and two 400s and now a humidifier. Hoping they last a long time since my other purifiers have all gotten loud or stopped working after a while. Wife and son have allergies, but this has made their allergies better since placing them in the bedrooms. I bought the 2nd 400s to put back in the living room. The Levoits are good and I watched them until they went on sale. You can purchase discounted filters on the Levoit sure when buying multiple ones.

Purchased this for our fire and allergy season in NorCal. Immediately noticed cleaner air and less allergic symptoms. Will have to wait a little longer for fire season.

Purchased this for our house for Christmas. It really does keep the surrounding rooms smelling clean and fresh. Runs quietly enough and has operated perfectly since purchase.

I don't know if I can credit the air purifier or not, but my kid came home from sleepaway camp with COVID. I isolated them to their room, put this purifier in there, and wore masks around them for a week - and I didn't end up with COVID. So, there's my 5 star review!

I've only been using the purifier for a few days, but I can tell that the air quality in my apartment feels much better! I love that its lightweight and the instructions on how to use it is simple! I am happy with my purchase!

This is a great air purifier. I have been monitoring the air quality levels in my home and VOC as well as PPM 2.5 are always very low. I keep this running 24/7 for over 2 years and it's still working great. Replacement filters are not expensive too which is another good thing. It's worth the money!I have seen a lot of other new fancy air filters but this one is all I feel that I need.

It was a wedding gift.

No more sneezing and blowing my nose during the night. The air filter is easy to set up and quite effective. It is large enough to be get the job done but small enough to port around from location to location without strain. A great investment; I wish I had one years ago!

My child has a condition called HLH, So she has to stay in a clean environment all the time. I've only had this for 2 days and her breathing is so much better! So far the best order I've ever made!The only problem is that for some reason it's saying that it wasn't delivered. But other than that I would most likely buy this again for not just her room, But for my room as well lt;3

I got this little air purifier for our room at night Im no longer having allergies am sleeping so much better as well. This did wonders. Its also very quiet, has a sleep mode comes with a 2-8 hr timer which is great

Exceeds my expectations and seems to be keeping up with dog dander in the bedroom. Has significantly improved my breathing environment, is quiet at night and I will likely buy another for living room
