This stuff is amazing. We have different size ones in all the closets and anywhere there is fabric (suitcases, cushions, golf bag, sleeping bags) in a storage space. We had trouble with mold from lack of airflow several times, but since we added one to each space everything is fine. It's expensive but worth it!

We had a dead animal smell in the wall of my husband's closet. It reeked for almost two weeks. I have been using Kanberra gel in other areas of our home, so I had some on hand. I opened a new container and put it in the closet and closed the door. One day later, NO ODOR!!!! I can't believe it, but it is true. I am glad I closed the closet door so that the gel would be confined to the bad odor. I will always keep a supply of this because it truly works.

I have not used this a lot because it has quite a pungent scent, and I can't be in the same room with it. Fortunately, it really does seem to dissipate bad smells quickly, and when moved to a different location, the scent of the gel does not linger. This was a fairly small jar, and I am curious to see how it does with the odor in my basement, and how long it will last. I probably should have bought either a larger jar or two jars for different parts of my basement, but I felt it was too expensive to do that until I am able to do something permanent to waterproof my basement and remove the damp moldy smell.

I have 3 cats, 2 litter boxes and a Litter Robot. I keep a 4 ounce Kanberra Gel near the litter boxes in the rooms that the litter boxes are in and it does a superb job. If Kanberra Gel made filter inserts I would buy them to put inside the Litter Robot. Keeping them nearby doesn't help at all unfortunately.
