Mission: The mission of the organization is to engage all youth in the arts, promote creativity, and inspire success in education. The organization is to work in collaboration with educational and cultural institutions to improve aesthetic, academic and cultural education through the presentation of performances, workshops, conferences, seminars and dissemination of information throughout metropolitan kansas city and the surrounding areas.

Programs: Arts partners and school and community programs provide in-school arts programming that integrates the arts with the core curriculum, bringing artistic resources of the community to the youth, providing professional development for teaching artists and teachers.
