There's no need to remove the cover or store it for fear of injury, as with traditional coverings. For all-year protection, the Hitch Guard remains soft in all temperatures, from -70 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. It's pretty simple to set up. Attach the hitch guard to your existing tow hitch and tie it down. Almost all single hitches are compatible with this hitch. The ball mount is designed to fit a standard ball mount width of 2-3 inches.
