Mission: Our mission is to be dedicated to the awareness, prevention and treatment of, but not limited to, CHRONIC KIDENY DISEASE/dialysis treatment and the individuals affected by the disease and the professionals that help and treat those diagnosed with kidney disease. We set forth to empower individuals and the community through education, training, organizing and advocacy. Our goal is to provide financial assistance to needy kidney patients and donors, as well as, to provide a variety of events for patients, donors, their families and the community through social gatherings, meetings and educational forums.

Target demographics: indidivuals residing in New York State who have chronic kidney disease, living donors and their families.

Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 50 people Through coaching and other programs

Geographic areas served: the state of New York

Programs: support groups, workshops, social events, community events, making care packages and more.
