I use these bits for assembling honey frames for my beehives. And these are great for driving in the wood screws.

The tips actually grip on a screw head! No force needed not to strip screw heads.. makes work so much better! I'll be buying these from now on

You could buy cheaper but you will only get a few uses out of them before they strip. Buy good ones like these

I bought these BOSCH ITPH2115 Impact Tough 1 In. Phillips 2 Insert Bits to use while replacing all the boards on our privacy fence, of which project I am about 50 finished. I also bought some longer ones, too. The bits load into the power drill quite easily and are strong enough to last. In fact, I have yet to wear one out although I have lost a couple in the grass and under the fence on the neighbor's side. They wear well and are tough enough to last a spell. I like the 2 size better than the 1, but both lengths work well and the tips are the same good quality.

I've only had to use one bit so far on my project and it seems to be maintaining the bit head even though I've been in some tough spots with really old worn screws. Wish it came in a variety pack with different sized heads.
