Had one from Pampered Chef. Always had trouble using it, the inner part did not want to move at all. This one is easy to adjust the measurement, provides a tight seal when measuring liquids and is easy to clean. I would suggest hand washing just to make sure the heat from the dishwasher doesn't mess up the seal.

Easy to use and read. Easy to clean. Not sure if it is dishwasher safe, so we hand wash it.

Saw Alton Brown using one of these to make peanut butter cookies and I had to have one. I've used it for PB, coconut oil, and sour cream so far, and it's great. Pop it apart and throw it in the dishwasher. No more scooping gooey ingredients into a measuring cup and then scooping them back out; just scoop them in and pop them out, scape with your spatula and it's done. Love it.

I replaced my Pampered Chef cup with this one. I love this one much better. These type of cups are perfect for shortening, peanut butter, etc.

I have Alton Brown measuring cups that have lost the markings so time to replace. This one is outstanding. It has a little space at the top for liquids so you dont fill up to the top like my old ones. Much easier to manage and not spill.
