This was a lifesaver in the early days of dealing with a casted broken ankle. Helped to keep the leg elevated and stable while sleeping or resting. (Propping on pillows ended in pain when the leg fell off in the night.) Ensured elevation above the heart when in a lying position. Fiberglass casting material does tear the foam up, however. I recommend covering with a towel or pillow case to prevent damage.

Very nice support. turned out to be two tall for my wife to use to support her knee after replacement surgery. We could have cut it down but didn't want to risk it so we did return .

Just had the PARS surgery to repair my town achillies yesterday and this leg pillow has made my life a whole lot better. It is very comfortable and helps to keep my leg elevated. I tried elevating my leg pre-op on regular pillows and it was not working. It was super uncomfortable and I found myself constantly moving and sliding off of them, but this device helps to keep my leg steady and controlled. It arrived quickly, was well packaged and has really helped so I would definitely buy again if needed!

This thing is freakin' perfect. I had knee scope surgery and this put my leg at the perfect level and the high sides kept my leg and foot in place. It's a little pricey for a piece of foam but it was worth it considering the lack of useful alternatives.

I only wish I had bought this sooner for my daughter's knee surgery. Very handy and comfortable. Beats trying to get elevation from a pillow

I purchased this product after ankle surgery. It elevated my leg enough to keep the swelling down in my ankle. The pillow kept my leg in place allowing for a good night sleep. It is worth spending the money on this product!

i have used the foam pillow all day every day since my leg surgery. it has given me the elevation my leg needed post surgery. it is comfortable and secure. don't know what i would have done without.

I found this when my partner broke his leg. The fitted aspect kept him from rolling out of it at night, and the height is sufficient to keep the swelling down. Most leg elevation pillows don't give sufficient height but this one does. Certainly worth the price.

Had ankle surgery and this was probably my best purchase in support of that. I have had other medical procedures in the past where the instructions were to elevate your leg. I had a huge problem with using pillows for this task, and the only way I could manage it was to tilt the whole bed (which gave me a headache). Using this support pillow I have absolutely no problem. Stays in place on the bed, keeps the leg in place, elevates just the right amount, and also works great holding an ice pack under the knee. I'm several weeks after my surgery, and I still use it to get some relief after being upright for too long. One small complaint is that small chunks are starting to come off of mine. It doesn't impact the performance, but I think this is really just a once time use item. That said, I highly recommend.

When it came it was two inches thick. As soon as the bag it was in punctured it grew and grew... It is light but not to light. Works well with a lazy boy chair. Just like the picture it does the job.

I had ankle surgery and this support pillow was wonderful! It kept my ankle appropriately elevated and didn't allow it to roll off the sides - a plus as I frequently fell asleep in it and wouldn't have slept well if I was worried about falling off. It definitely beats a stack of pillows as it doesn't shift around when you move. It arrived vacuum packed (flat) and expanded to it's full size when the packaging was removed. I put an old man's t-shirt over it so that the foam wouldn't be hot and it worked perfectly. Love this support pillow!
