This is a good alternative to stacking pillows. I have not had any trouble with the pieces falling off like others reviews stated. My leg and back gets tired of being in the cushion after a while but overall I am glad that I purchased it.

This is my second total knee procedure. I only wish i had found this during my rehab from my first procedure. It places me in a perfect resting position and puts no strain on the surgical site. I was disappointed to find that it is raw foam with no cover. My wife was able to fashion one that is most satisfactory; however, for the price, one would expect that it would come with a cover that could be removed for laundering to promote better hygiene.

I had ankle surgery and this product is so much easier to deal with than stacking 6 pillows for elevation. I am 6'0 and prefer to elevate with a bend in my knee instead of having it straight out, so this product helped achieve that with my long legs. I also am recovering around 3 big clumsy dogs and it has kept me safe and sturdy, even on top of 2 pillows for additional height. I would definitely recommend it. The price is a little steep for the material, but I'd pay for the convenience again.

Very comfortable. Would be better if there was a removable cover that could be washed and dried. Leg directly on the foam not that comfortable.

Great for recovery after another knee surgery, only wish I had purchased this product during my last knee surgery recovery. Beats the heck out of messing with pillows for elevation.

Excellent support for elevating after a surgery. The indent for your leg keeps you supported and secure. Would be ideal if it came with a washable cover. Tried using a pillowcase and it didn't fit properly.

This got me through my foot surgery. I had very minimal swelling because of this product and it was very comfortable. Minus 1 star for the price.

My dad had surgery and required this item to keep his foot elevated. It worked great! The only problem was the material catching on his cast... We used a SUPER LARGE pillow case over the top to avoid this and it worked out just fine. We also found that it would be more sanitary to just clean the pillow case.

Been a life saver after ankle surgery. But the material has been sturdy. It has broken a part where the brace and cast rested. Wish it had been more sturdy, could have passed it on.

This is a great, if a little pricey, way to keep your leg securely elevated. I have used pillows in the past but they shift way too much especially when sleeping. The groove keeps your leg from moving around and is a good holder for ice packs!
