Mission: Lamoille Home Health Care provides health care and hospice services to patients who can be cared for at home. We promote and maintain quality community health care in the home and we provide supportive care for the terminally ill.

Geographic areas served: Lamoille County, Vermont

Programs: home health and hospice care, including skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, our Better Breathing program, personal care and homemaker services and hospice.
