Mission: To develop, rehabilitate and maintain safe, decent, energy efficient affordable housing through rental, home ownership, or other means to low and moderate income persons and families living within Lamoille County and the Town of Hardwick. LHP provides such assistance without discrimination or prejudice using a combination of private and public funding.

Results: * We have created over 350 units of affordable housing* Over 250 families are served yearly* Families keep their jobs in the community * Seniors and families reserve their integrity* Contribution towards economic stimulation* Reduced demand for government assistances* Families avoid homelessness* Improved health and quality of life* Increased social & economic empowerment to tenants
