Mission: Founded in 1993, the LGBTQ Victory Institute equips LGBTQ leaders for success. Through its training and professional development programs, each year the Leadership Institute assists hundreds of individuals who go on to influential careers in politics, government, business and advocacy. The Leadership Institute ensures that movement leaders have opportunities to perfect the skills needed to succeed and grow effective organizations.
