Two packs were packed in one plastic bag. I ordered three and received six. They were all good. Good quality and good value. I'm very happy

Love that it is transparent with multi-pockets to keep my travel documents in categories (itineraries, invoices, general info, hotel/air reservations, etc. All documents are easily accessible. Plastic is sturdy. I can see many uses for these to keep all documents organized and in one place.
