Worked for me to adapt the 1-1/8” waste line of a washing machine to a 1” hose.

It slides right in, but still needs a clamp to hold it in place.

It was a little difficult inserting a 3/4 end into a 1 ID hose. However, with the use of a hot air gun, it softened the hose enough that the adapter was inserted and a hose clamp could be installed with no leaks. The same procedure was used for the 1 1/2 hose attachment to the adapter.

Perfect!!! I lost my adapter for my pool vacuum hose and this is a great replacement. Its a secure fit to both my hose and the pool filter system and it doesn't come off of either end no matter how much you move it. Great tool!
