I bought one of these 5 years ago and it was kind of loud but the price was good compared to other options. It failed 5 years later. When I took it apart to inspect it it I found it had wobbled itself against the inside wall of the pump chamber. It was off balance! I took a chance on a new one because the reviews were good and the price was still better than other options. This new one is perfectly balanced and so quiet! Also water volume movement is noticeably improved. I suspect this one will last much longer than 5 years.

OEM circ pump was tripping the breaker, replaced it with this unit and it's working great so far. I also screwed the new motor/pump onto the original housing, and it fit fine.

Recently the circulation pump for our jacuzzi went out. The OEM was 270 dollars. I found this one with the same specs and everything. It was about $80 less, and to my surprise, this is the EXACT pump as the original one. Part Number stamped into the plastic match as well. Swapped out the old with this, and it works perfectly.

Was easy to install and works like a champ! To stem the flow of water since the spa was full I used clamped the water line with pliers then plugged them with wine corks. Pulled the broken pump and installed the new pump. Then reattached the water lines I took pics of the wiring so no mistakes could be made.

Our 15yr old Caldera Niagara spa circulation pump finally failed and we searched online for a replacement; this unit was described as fitting our spa so we purchased it. It is not an exact replacement mounting wise, and we also had to buy some adapters, hoses, and worm drive hose clamps to connect it up. So if you have some handyman skills this pump will work for older Calderas.

I took a chance on this pump since the OEM pump was not in stock during the pandemic. Worked for only one year until it started making a horrible noise. Replaced it with a real Watkins pump now.

I installed this pump in my HotSprings spa a couple of weeks ago and it is working good. Installation tip: the pump did not include the required wire connectors for installing the pump in a HotSprings Spa. You will need to separately buy 18ga Ring Terminals and a Female Disconnect connector to attach the pump wires to the circuit board.

My husband said he had to do a bit of research to make sure it was the circulation pump that was the issue. I finally found a video that told me to check the voltage of the leads coming off the main board, right after turning it on. For a short bit, before it times out, you can test the voltage and if there's voltage but pump doesn't run, then it's probably the pump. Easily switched the units out, fired up the tub and boom....back in business.

Happy this worked. I had replaced pump and motor on hot tub but still experienced hot tub cutting of and not reaching temp. My brother read in other trouble shooting boards about replacing this item. We are back in service.
