Happy this worked. I had replaced pump and motor on hot tub but still experienced hot tub cutting of and not reaching temp. My brother read in other trouble shooting boards about replacing this item. We are back in service.

Product is as described, and was a perfect replacement for our hot Springs spa Silent flo 5000 circulation pump. It only came with bare wires, and no connector terminals, but a quick trip to the hardware store solved this little issue. Pump runs well, and is super quiet.

As far as I can tell this is identical to the pump being sold by the OEM. My guess is this is the OEM supplier, selling the same part under a different name. The casings, labels, everything appears to be the same. Purchase in confidence.

Installation was easy, one month and working great. Old pump used external ground wire while new pump has internal ground wire. Very quiet, hope it last 9 years like the original.

Great product. Work as listed direct replacement for my 99 hot springs sovereign hot tub. Got the hot tub for free and this was the first major thing to go after fixing the leaks had to replace the clear tubing since it was as stiff as the pvc so no problem hooking this up broke a couple barbed fittings on the hot tub side after trying to twist the tube in now all of its new!

Pump started surging after 9 months which made my hot tub shut down. It was easy to install and ran very quietly when it did work correctly

Perfect fit for my Hot Springs hot tub. Quiet, powerful, good value, easy install. Works exactly as described More powerful than original pump, very quiet. My only concern is how long it will last, based on the reviews. Has been installed for about three weeks

Well, well. I was somewhat worried it might not be a direct replacement for my Watkins but loandbehold it fit perfectly. It is quite a bit smaller, but it pumps great and is very streamlined and quiet. Hoping it lasts a while. Buy the damn thing!

Great pump. My breaker kept tripping and took me a while to diagnose issue- after identifying it as the curculation pump I ordered this- it came quick. Took me about 20 min to install and now I am up and running again with no issues-
